The primary function of this role is to generate sales thorough an understanding of agency/clients’ business, marketing strategies and media objectives and to ensure that the Bidooh proposition is front of mind.

Build and develop strong relationships across a range of clients and media buying agencies.

Manage customer/client expectations and using their sales knowledge and creativity build and put forward new ideas to generate sales for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential or existing advertiser customers to sell in Bidooh locations.
  • Account management of key advertiser accounts
  • Upsell to existing customers using pipedrive.
  • Answer questions about the portal (process) or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information on Pipedrive
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner where necessary
  • Handle grievances to preserve the Bidooh’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales target (in the Performance Improvement Plan – PIP) and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information on Pipedrive
  • Liaise with accounts department to ensure effective collection of revenue.
  • Build a strong understanding of client and agencies key planning processes in order to closer align the Bidooh proposition
  • Create concepts and initiate new ideas which will increase revenue streams.

  • Write an individual business plan

  • Ability to use initiative and idea generation
  • Full involvement of company social media strategy (LinkedIn & Twitter)
